21% of Vietnam's 26 million children live in poverty and many factors prevent Vietnamese students in mountainous areas to receive a quality education. Lots of children need to walk a substantial amount of distance to get to school, and many of those ethnic minority kids need to quit school and help their parents to make money. As a result, many students with an astounding potential need to abandon their course of study. In Vietnam, Scienceous are actively working with organizations that benefit students and schools in rural areas to create learning opportunities for underprivileged students in rural and mountainous areas.
